Dr Beatrice Brennan is a female gastroenterologist and hepatologist who divides her time between working as a consultant gastroenterologist and in public health.
Dr Brennan graduated from the University of Sydney and undertook her specialty training at the Canberra Hospital, and at Prince of Wales Hospital in Sydney. She has a long interest in nutrition and its role in health and undertook a fellowship in metabolic health and obesity as part of her training.
Other interests include irritable bowel syndrome, endometriosis/IBS overlap, perimenopausal and menopausal management as it relates to gut health, and general gastrointestinal conditions.
Dr Brennan takes a holistic and evidence-based approach to patient care and understands the competing demands on patients.
